Contract and Permanent Recruitment

Boyle & Jameson Recruitment know just how important it is to find the right staff and we pride ourselves on doing this for you. All of the candidates that we send to interviews will have been interviewed by us to ensure that the person is a right match for your company. Not only do we look at the experience necessary, we like to understand the environment that the candidate will be working in, this way we are able to only send the most suitable candidates to you.

Permanent Recruitment

Our permanent service is an in depth process where we are able to find candidates that are a great match. From the time we start working on a job to the candidates start date, communication is key. We want to make sure that we have all the information from you so we can find that perfect match. You will have an Account Manager for each vacancy who is your point of contact and that person will also be the one sourcing, interviewing and placing the candidates with you.

Contract Recruitment

We believe that offering a temporary staff service is not a way to offer value for money to our clients. In its place we offer Contract Recruitment. This service enables you to employ a skilled worker on a short term contract to fulfill your requirements.

Why is it cheaper? Temporary Recruitment is charged by the hour and this can be highly expensive. By using Contract Recruitment you are charged the permanent fee pro rata, making it much better value for money.

What are the benefits apart from the cost saving? Recruitment consultants on temporary placements do not spend the time finding the right candidate to fit your requirements. They may offer someone with some of the right skills, but maybe not someone who can walk straight in and ‘hit the ground running’! When placing a Contract candidate we spend time to ensure you have what you need straight away.
